Review of factoring services in Scotland

A summary of the findings from our national survey of almost 200 social landlords on how they deliver factoring services. We found that the majority of social landlords who provide a factoring service have made improvements to the service, and satisfaction is up. But there is more to do to improve the quality of factoring services. Read our report to find out more.
